Welcome to Jublee India Technology (“Jublee”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Jublee is a technology-driven event management marketplace and e-commerce platform that enables users, customers, event organizers, vendors, artists, venues, businesses, advertisers, and service providers to connect, promote, buy, sell, manage, discover, and participate in events and related services through digital infrastructure operated by Jublee.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Jublee platform, including websites, mobile applications, APIs, software, ticketing systems, marketplace tools, communication channels, payment integrations, digital products, promotional services, and all related services operated by Jublee India Technology.
By accessing or using Jublee in any manner, including browsing, registering an account, listing services, purchasing tickets, attending events, using marketplace features, making payments, or interacting with platform content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
“Platform” means the Jublee website, mobile applications, APIs, software systems, ticketing systems, marketplace infrastructure, and related digital services.
“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.
“Customer” means a user purchasing tickets, products, bookings, or services through Jublee.
“Vendor” / “Organizer” / “Service Provider” means any individual, company, business, venue owner, artist representative, event host, merchant, or entity offering events, tickets, products, or services through Jublee.
“Event” means concerts, festivals, conferences, exhibitions, private gatherings, online events, public programs, workshops, performances, experiences, or any activity listed on the platform.
“Ticket” means any digital or physical entry pass, booking confirmation, QR code, reservation, or access credential issued through the platform.
“Convenience Fees” means processing fees, platform charges, handling fees, technology fees, service charges, or transaction-related charges collected by Jublee.
“Digital Products” means downloadable content, digital passes, subscriptions, promotional packages, software-related products, or electronically delivered services.
“User Content” means reviews, comments, photos, videos, event details, listings, promotional material, ratings, messages, or any content uploaded or submitted by users.
“Applicable Laws” means all laws, regulations, rules, notifications, guidelines, judicial orders, and governmental requirements applicable in India.
2. Eligibility
You may use the platform only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Applicable Laws.
- You are at least 18 years of age or are using the platform under lawful parental or guardian supervision.
- Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation, sanction, or governmental restriction.
Jublee reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
3. Nature of Platform and Intermediary Status
Jublee operates as a technology-enabled intermediary marketplace platform under applicable Indian information technology laws.
Jublee facilitates discovery, promotion, communication, ticketing, marketplace transactions, and digital interactions between users, vendors, organizers, and businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- Jublee is not the direct organizer, employer, agent, contractor, reseller, venue owner, or operator of third-party events or services.
- Jublee does not independently verify all third-party listings, statements, licenses, safety measures, or claims.
- Contracts relating to third-party products or services may exist directly between customers and vendors.
- Jublee shall not be responsible for third-party conduct, event execution, service quality, cancellations, venue conditions, or organizer performance.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, franchise, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or association between Jublee and any vendor, organizer, advertiser, service provider, or user.
4. User Accounts
Users may be required to register accounts to access certain platform features.
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
- Be solely responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.
- Promptly notify Jublee regarding unauthorized access or security breaches.
Jublee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, deactivate, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
5. Vendor Verification and KYC Compliance
Jublee may require vendors, organizers, businesses, advertisers, or service providers to submit identity verification documents, KYC documentation, GST registration details, PAN information, business licenses, bank verification documents, event permits, governmental approvals, compliance certifications, or other documentation reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in listing restrictions, payout holds, account suspension, delayed verification, or permanent termination of platform access.
Submission, review, or verification of documents by Jublee does not constitute endorsement, certification, validation, guarantee, or legal approval of any vendor, organizer, business, service provider, or event.
6. Marketplace Fees and Commission Structure
Jublee may charge platform fees, commission fees, convenience fees, listing fees, advertising charges, processing fees, subscription charges, promotional service fees, transaction fees, withdrawal charges, settlement charges, or other applicable service-related fees.
Such fees may be revised, modified, introduced, suspended, or discontinued periodically subject to operational, commercial, legal, or regulatory requirements.
Users and vendors authorize Jublee to deduct applicable fees, taxes, penalties, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, settlement adjustments, compliance-related deductions, or operational costs from payouts, settlements, or transaction balances where reasonably necessary.
7. Bookings, Tickets, and Event Transactions
All bookings, ticket purchases, reservations, and marketplace transactions conducted through the platform are subject to availability, organizer approval, venue limitations, operational restrictions, fraud verification processes, payment confirmation requirements, and Applicable Laws.
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes, levies, duties, convenience fees, governmental charges, or processing costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
Event schedules, performers, artists, speakers, venues, seating arrangements, dates, timings, formats, accessibility conditions, or event-related details may change due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, governmental directives, technical issues, legal restrictions, public emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Certain events, venues, products, or services may be age-restricted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable age requirements, identification checks, venue rules, alcohol policies, local legal restrictions, organizer instructions, venue policies, prohibited item restrictions, security procedures, entry conditions, and health or safety requirements applicable to events or venues.
Jublee shall not be responsible for tickets, bookings, or access credentials purchased outside officially authorized Jublee channels or from unauthorized third parties.
Jublee reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, reject, remove, reverse, or report transactions, listings, organizers, or events suspected to involve fraud, scams, fake ticketing, illegal activity, public safety risks, abuse, scalping, pricing manipulation, duplicate transactions, or technical malfunction.
8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Refund eligibility depends on the specific organizer, vendor, event policy, booking category, timing of cancellation, and Applicable Laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by Jublee:
- Refund responsibility primarily lies with the respective organizer or vendor.
- Jublee acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.
- Convenience fees, processing charges, taxes, and platform fees may be non-refundable.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, organizers, financial institutions, or receipt of funds from the relevant organizer, vendor, venue, payment provider, or financial institution. Additional refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and event-specific conditions may apply under the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy available at [Insert Refund Policy URL].
In cases involving:
- Fraudulent chargebacks
- Payment abuse
- Unauthorized transactions
- Manipulated refunds
- Reversed payments
- Suspicious financial activity
Jublee reserves the right to recover losses, suspend accounts, reverse platform benefits, withhold payouts, initiate investigations, or pursue legal remedies.
9. Vendor Obligations and Event Responsibilities
Vendors and organizers are solely responsible for event execution, venue permissions, safety arrangements, staffing, crowd management, ticket fulfillment, tax compliance, legal approvals, consumer protection compliance, service quality, listing accuracy, operational management, and compliance with all Applicable Laws.
Vendors and organizers shall comply with consumer protection laws, taxation laws, intellectual property laws, advertising regulations, safety regulations, licensing obligations, public authority requirements, and all other legal obligations applicable to their events, products, or services.
10. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users shall not violate Applicable Laws or misuse the platform in any manner.
Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent transactions, fake ticket sales, unlawful ticket reselling or scalping, money laundering activities, deceptive advertising, spam marketing, fake reviews, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, unauthorized data extraction, intellectual property infringement, illegal gatherings, abusive conduct, payment abuse, or attempts to compromise platform security.
Jublee may monitor platform activity, listings, communications, transactions, interactions, uploaded content, payment behavior, and marketplace activities for fraud prevention, security, compliance, quality control, enforcement, investigation, analytics, and operational integrity purposes, subject to Applicable Laws.
Jublee may cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, cybersecurity agencies, or governmental bodies where legally required.
11. User Content and Platform Moderation
Users retain ownership of User Content submitted to the platform.
By uploading or submitting User Content, users grant Jublee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, promote, adapt, and process such content for platform operations, promotion, security, analytics, and business purposes.
Jublee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, moderate, restrict, reject, disable, remove, or refuse any listing, event, content, advertisement, account, or activity without prior notice.
12. Intellectual Property Rights and Infringement Reporting
All intellectual property relating to the platform, including software, databases, designs, trademarks, branding elements, logos, content structures, interfaces, graphics, source code, and technology infrastructure, is owned by or licensed to Jublee India Technology.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, resale, commercial exploitation, or misuse is prohibited.
If any person believes that content hosted on the platform infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights, complaints may be submitted to Jublee with supporting documentation for review and appropriate action.
13. Payments and Financial Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, wallets, processors, or financial institutions integrated with the platform.
Jublee shall not be liable for banking failures, gateway downtime, interrupted transactions, delayed settlements, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, third-party financial errors, or payment processing disruptions.
While Jublee implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures, no digital platform or electronic transmission system can guarantee absolute protection against hacking, unauthorized access, cyber attacks, malware, data breaches, system vulnerabilities, or other cybersecurity threats.
Users authorize Jublee to place settlement holds, reserves, payout restrictions, verification reviews, or temporary transaction limitations where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute management, chargeback mitigation, operational risk assessment, or security review purposes.
14. Vendor Payouts and Settlement Policy
Vendor payouts and settlements may be subject to verification procedures, fraud assessment, reserve requirements, refund exposure analysis, banking timelines, event completion confirmation, compliance review, dispute resolution processes, or operational risk checks.
Jublee may temporarily restrict transactions, listings, withdrawals, payouts, communications, or account access during investigations, audits, compliance reviews, fraud assessments, security reviews, or legal inquiries where reasonably necessary.
Settlement cycles, payout schedules, reserve requirements, deductions, adjustments, reversals, or withholding mechanisms may vary depending on business category, transaction risk profile, payment provider requirements, organizer history, or operational policies.
15. Privacy and DPDP Compliance
Jublee processes personal data in accordance with Applicable Laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By using the platform, users consent to lawful collection, storage, processing, sharing, retention, and use of personal data for:
- Platform operations
- Verification
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Customer support
- Legal compliance
- Marketing communications
- Service improvement
Users may exercise applicable legal rights relating to consent withdrawal, data correction, or data access subject to Applicable Laws and operational requirements.

16. Safety Disclaimer
Users attend events, interact with organizers, purchase services, and engage with vendors entirely at their own discretion and risk.
Jublee shall not be responsible for injuries, death, accidents, theft, misconduct, violence, food-related incidents, property damage, venue disputes, security failures, public disturbances, third-party negligence, or event-related losses occurring during or in connection with third-party events or services.
Jublee does not guarantee that organizers, venues, service providers, or vendors maintain insurance coverage relating to events, attendees, accidents, liabilities, cancellations, property damage, or public safety risks.
17. Platform Availability and Beta Features
Jublee does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, continuously available, error-free, or fully compatible operation of the platform.
Platform services may be interrupted, delayed, modified, restricted, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance activities, upgrades, cybersecurity incidents, technical failures, internet outages, third-party dependencies, governmental restrictions, external service disruptions, or operational requirements.
Certain platform tools, products, APIs, integrations, artificial intelligence features, beta services, experimental functionalities, or developmental features may be released on a trial, testing, limited-access, or experimental basis and may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued without prior notice.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform and all associated services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Jublee disclaims all express or implied warranties relating to accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, operational continuity, or non-infringement.
Information, recommendations, listings, promotional content, advertisements, reviews, organizer statements, vendor claims, marketing materials, and other platform content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, business, safety, professional, or investment advice.
Jublee does not guarantee event success, attendee turnout, audience participation, ticket sales performance, sponsor engagement, vendor reliability, uninterrupted platform availability, business outcomes, commercial success, error-free operations, expectation fulfillment, or subjective satisfaction.
Jublee does not endorse or guarantee advertisements, sponsored content, influencer promotions, promotional campaigns, marketing materials, reviews, or third-party claims displayed on the platform.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Laws, Jublee India Technology, including its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, contractors, officers, representatives, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or commercial damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, data, revenue, or expected benefits arising from or relating to platform usage, event participation, marketplace transactions, third-party services, or user conduct.
Jublee’s aggregate liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount directly received by Jublee for the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
Users, vendors, organizers, advertisers, and service providers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jublee India Technology, including its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, contractors, representatives, and partners, against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, investigations, proceedings, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from or relating to violation of these Terms, breach of Applicable Laws, fraudulent conduct, User Content, intellectual property disputes, negligence, regulatory violations, vendor misconduct, event-related disputes, payment disputes, or unlawful acts.
21. Force Majeure
Jublee shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics
- Pandemics
- Lockdowns
- Government restrictions
- Regulatory actions
- Internet failures
- Cyber attacks
- Power outages
- Civil unrest
- War
- Terrorism
- Labor strikes
- Public emergencies
- Severe weather conditions
- Any other circumstance beyond reasonable control
22. Suspension and Termination
Jublee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, investigate, or terminate accounts, listings, events, transactions, or platform access without prior notice where users:
- Violate these Terms
- Create legal exposure
- Engage in fraud
- Abuse the platform
- Harm platform integrity
- Cause reputational damage
- Violate security policies
Provisions relating to payments, refunds, indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property, fraud prevention, data retention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, investigations, and enforcement rights shall survive termination of these Terms or platform usage.
23. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Users may request account deletion subject to legal, operational, fraud prevention, tax, security, dispute resolution, and regulatory retention requirements.
Jublee may retain records, transactional data, communications, KYC information, logs, and compliance-related information for periods required under Applicable Laws or legitimate business purposes.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration provisions below, courts located in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or platform usage.
25. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith discussions.
If disputes remain unresolved, such disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Disputes shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, failing which appointment shall be made in accordance with applicable law.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
To the extent permitted under Applicable Laws, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective proceeding, representative proceeding, or consolidated claim.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
26. Electronic Communications
Users consent to receive electronic communications from Jublee including transactional messages, security alerts, legal notices, updates, promotional communications, and service-related notifications.
Users acknowledge that electronic records, communications, agreements, transactions, and digitally accepted terms generated through the platform shall be legally valid and enforceable under applicable Indian laws.

Jublee will make commercially reasonable efforts to acknowledge complaints within approximately 24 to 48 hours and address grievances within timelines prescribed under Applicable Laws, subject to the nature and complexity of the matter.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable policies, constitute the complete and entire agreement between users and Jublee relating to platform access and usage and supersede prior discussions, communications, or understandings.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
30. Waiver
Failure by Jublee to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision, nor shall any waiver of any breach or default constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Jublee.
31. Assignment
Jublee may assign, transfer, delegate, subcontract, novate, or otherwise transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction, subject to Applicable Laws.
Users may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Jublee.
32. Modifications to Terms
Jublee reserves the right to revise, update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

34. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Jublee, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
By continuing to access or use the platform, users acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms and all related platform policies.
Users acknowledge that they have not relied upon any representation, warranty, promise, or statement not expressly set forth in these Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
